RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
You’re being served sells digital products (recipe ebooks) delivered instantly after purchase.
Digital products. Because our products are digital downloads that can’t be “returned,” we generally don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the file has been delivered or downloaded. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or incorrect files. If your download link doesn’t work, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days at Yourfriendsfromyourebeingserved@gmail.com and we’ll replace the file or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they are of acceptable quality and match their description. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you’re entitled to a remedy (a replacement or refund for a major failure).
Processing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
