OVERVIEW
Welcome to You’re being served (“we,” “us”). By purchasing from get-gript.myshopify.com, you agree to these terms.
What you’re buying. Our products are digital recipe ebooks delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
Your licence. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download, view, and print the ebook for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce, or republish the ebook (in whole or part) or use it commercially without our written permission.
Delivery. Download access is provided immediately after payment via the checkout confirmation page and email. If you don’t receive your file, check your spam folder, then contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Pricing and payment. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
Recipes and allergies. Our recipes are general guidance only. You’re responsible for checking ingredients against your own allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements, and for safe food handling and cooking.
Intellectual property. All content in our ebooks and on this site (text, design, images, branding) is owned by or licensed to You’re being served and is protected by copyright.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
